RAM cooling idea...

I was thinking of a device for cooling RAM that would fit in an empty RAM slot, not have any electrical connections, just plastic, but it would lock in place with the little clips and then have and 90 degree bend with fans that would blow down onto the RAM in the other slots. Anyone know of such a device... or handy enough to fabricate one?
 
most of the time its not worth the added noise. However, if you point a 80mm panaflo at low volts at your memory, temps should drop drastically.
