RAM compatibility in EliteGroup K7SEM

Hi guys

With the help of some of you here, I have recently built my first rig, and I'm loving it. I now have the gear bug, and I want to upgrade the RAM in my old rig.

Mobo = EliteGroup K7SEM Rev 1.0
1 stick 256 MB PQI MS3856UPS Double Sided SDRAM

I have someone that wants to sell me a stick of:

256 MB PQI MS3856UPP $22.50

My other choices are:

Kingston KTC-EN133/256 Timing PC133 3-3-3-6 $22.50

unspecified kingston value ram pc133 (512mb) $22.50

unspecified 256M PC133 SDram (one MT chip, one NEC)$25 firm($50 for both)

Crucial 256M PC 133 SDRAM(double-side) $31 (2 available, $58 firm for both )

My questions are

1. Is the PQI the best bet since I already have the PQI stick in or does that not matter?

2. I have one slot left in my mobo. Can I put a 512 MB stick in alongside the 256 MB one?

Prices are odd because of conversion factor. Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks, Nik

I'm going to try to get some RAM this weekend, so one more try to see if I can get some guidance in terms of which stick would be right for me.

I'm hoping someone will tell me that it's okay to put a 512 MB stick in beside a 256 MB one in a board with only two slots.
