im a newb at ram..

i have 2 sticks of pc3200 lying around for a 1gig configuration cus i replaced it recently with my new ocz gold ram. now im looking into putting this older ram into my other computer which has 3 dimm's in it for 768 total. the problem is i dont know it it owuld work since the compaq says that it takes only ddr133 or something like that... would this ram work in it?
