I would get the aptriot for the cost. 250HTT should be easily achievable 2.5-3-3-7 2.8V.

but why not 1 ? its SLi certified (even though it might not matter), which is good cuz eventually i am gonna upgrade to SLi hopefully.....also, the timings look better...

Cost mainly. To hit the higher FSB's any of them should do and they'll all top out at very similar speeds.

The Patriot is 2-3-2 anyway which is faster then your 1st choice and cheaper too. [2-3-3 for the Corsair]

To be honest, the vast majority of the high-end 2GB kits perform and overclock almost identically. I still say from the options you've given to get the Patriot, if you for some reason you don't like that suggestion get the OCZ.

I'd get the Patriot or OCZ's Platinum kit from Newegg (around $150 with the rebate).

2-3-2-5 is faster than 2-3-3-6 (much less 3-3-3-8!!), and therefore those are likley to have higher headroom than either Corsair module you linked.

Especially the junk 3-3-3-8 set you linked which is only $10 cheaper than the Patriot. It can't even do CAS2 at DDR400. I bet you don't get DDR450 out of that junk.
