Ram between 100 and 133??

Is there any way to run my ram at a speed between 100 and 133. I've got an abit kt7 and pc100 ram which is not quite stable at 133(very close though). I've tried to up the i/o voltage, and that increases stability, but my ram just won't do it. thanx
