RAM benchmarking?

I've been wanting to mess around with my memory timings, just to squeeze the most out of my RAM. I know that tighter timings are better, but I'd like to see exactly how much of a performance gain I get. Can someone direct me to a good (free) RAM benchmarking program? I can't seem to find any good ones on Google. They're either pay to use, contain spyware, or are just useless programs.

It does, but it also highlights improvements (or degradation) in memory bandwidth/latency if you change your ram timings and run super-Pi again to compare scores with old ram timings.

If all you're wanting to see is how much more/less bandwidth you're gaining, just use MemTest. As soon as it starts, it tells you your RAM bandwidth. If you're wanting a bit more, Science Mark has a pretty cool, graphical memory bandwidth section, also.
