Often times, I have noticed unusual delays in my system's response for seemingly negligable tasks (opening word for example). I've checked my ram usage and i'm only using 400MB out of 2GB on board. CPU usage at the time is around 5-10% max.
I then open up the performance viewer and find that my ram loading (pages/sec) is MAXED! I've tried closing programs one at a time but can't tell what is causing this to happen.
I have a few questions:
1. How could this be happening?
2. What can I do to fix this problem?
3. Is there a program out there that monitors ram load per application?
Thanks for your time and help in advance!
See details below:
