RAM and Video Problems.

Just a quick Q. My computer is quite stable (see sig), but not stable on most OCer's terms. It runs all of my programs fine and I can run all of them simultaneously. It is Prime95 stable but Orthos pushes it beyond any of my programs to 58C where instability starts. That's Fine for me.
But sometimes, out of the blue, even at idle, my videocard (at "stock" speeds) fails and the screen blanks and won't come back on. i know windows hasn't crashed because my music is usually still playing.
what gives?
Yes. I did lock my PCIe at 100. I tried at above 100 (101-120) and it gets worse.

Also, I know I'm pushing my DDR2-800 a little to run at 900 4-4-4-11. I loosen the timings but the memory is still unstable at anything above 900. Is it just the RAM or b/c I'm OCing my computer a lot, do i need to boost the vMCP past 1.5 (stock) on my eVGA 680i to stabilize the RAM?

You've reached (slightly past, it seems) the limit of your RAM. There's nothing you can do about that, except lower your OC a bit, or buy more expensive RAM.
