RAM and SSD for Intel NUC i7 (NUC5I7RYH)

Since I am getting the top of the line NUC, I want the best 16GB RAM and SSD the unit can support.

For SSD, I'm thinking of waiting for the 256GB Samsung SM951-NVMe M.2 SSD to be available. Anyone know when this will be available or any other suggestions?

For RAM, it supports 1333/1600Mhz 16GB Maxiumum, but I'm not sure which brand to get. Any brand suggestions?

Is their an officially supported RAM list?

I'm guessing it has an x4 M.2 slot. If there is space for a 2.5" drive, there's a variant of the Intel 750 NVMe drive in 2.5" with an M.2 adapter. I hear a lot about standard M.2 drives overheating. The Intel dissipates heat much better.

Edit: If that massive connector and cable will fit in there.

I was wondering, if it supports up to 1600Mhz DDR3L ram, should I get 1866Mhz and will the bios auto overclock? Will there be heat issues if I get 1866 VS 1600Mhz ram?
If you buy the 1866 kit it will likely work at 1600 inside the NUC.

just look for a 1600c9 kit
i went with 2133c11 gskill as it was that or 1600c11
it defaults to 1600c9 and i was able to tighten timings down to 8-8-8
but 1866 wouldnt post even with timings at 13
