I am looking for some cheap PC3200 RAM (512MB that I can run Dual Channel). Where can I get it for the cheapest?

Not any RAM that's really "cheap" anymore

$90 for a 512 stick = high.

Will the price of RAM keep going up or will it go back down? Should I buy now or wait?
