Ram and Motherboard issue

I having issues with the following products:

2x 512MB OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Gold (OCZ4001024ELDCGE-K GOLD)

and

MSI K8N Neo4-F (7125)

I've always had issues with this comp since I built it, most likely because I didn't do enough research. It crashes no matter what OS and alot of the downloads I do are corrupt. I recently picked up a game (WoW) and it crashes every 10 minutes so I started looking into fixing it.

Following the WoW troubleshooting posts I picked up a Memory checking tool from the MS website and my RAM fails all the tests. I realize this might be because the RAM I bought appears to require specific settings, I went into the bios and changed a few things like the CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS with the settings from the OCZ site but it still crashes. There are a bunch of other settings in the BIOS in the DRAM section but I donno what to put them at.

Any help in setting up this RAM to work with this motherboard would be appreciated. BTW windows runs ok, it will crash maybe 2-3 times a week off a clean install but it really crashes in any game or large application. I guess it is just possible that the RAM is junk, what do you guys think?

Thanks,
