I am running 2x512 of DDR RAM in dual channel and 2x120GIG HDD in a raid 1 array. Arrording to my digital doc temperature readings, the temperature difference between the 2 sticks of RAM is up to 5 degrees F and the temperature difference between the 2 HDDs is as high as 10 degrees F. Is this anything to worry about? Or is my digital doc just a piece of crap. thanks.

I dont' know about memories, but HD can get up to 55C at the motor before MTBF goes down.
I assume there is about 10C difference between motor the the shell of the HD, so keep your drive under 45C should be a safe bet.
