ram and cpu program?

are there any programs that can check if my ram and cpu is working the right way???
because my games are running alittle slow and ppl are telling me that my ram abd cpu may be in foult
 
run prime95 torture test for 24 hours, if it passes, the cpu and ram are fine, also memtest86+ can test the ram only...if it passes as well, then you need to list your system specs and we can go from there....
