I agree with AndrewR. Raisin Bran lacks the ability to fend off the sogginess. Unless your normal serving size is three teaspoons, a breakfast of Raisin Bran is about 15 seconds of good crunching, with the remainder reminiscent of eating low-budget chewing gum in milk.
OTOH, Crispy Wheats and Raisins - a manly cereal - resists the sogginess all the way to the end. Even a Jethro-sized bowl is better at the end than Raisin Bran after a minute.
