Someone on the miata.net forum rolled their miata, somehow lived to tell about it and buy another one, and as they were driving their new miata home wrecked it.
 
A friend of mine did something similar... she wrecked one of her dad's Mazeratis and then wrecked the Camry he gave her. He gave her breast implants, too. He was a medical doctor who thought it was cool to smoke pot with his kids and their friends. He never smoked it with me, though... after he met my parents, he knew that I wasn't from a 'cool' family. 😛

Sad thing is, she never got her act together and he ended up disowning her. Her kids got taken away from her. By now I am assuming she has lost a lot of her teeth... and she's only 36. I used to envy her but now she's just a sad memory.

 
Yep. This dude went through a brand new PT Cruiser followed by a Mustang in two weeks; a third auto - an F150 a month after that and then a Sebring, I believe, two months later. We had a pool going at the local bar as to when he'd crash again. I won that by giving him the benefit of the doubt saying he'd last six weeks - all others under-bid me. He's a bit of a jerk-off so nobody felt just too terrible that he F'd up those cars.
 
VeggieFrog had a friend in HS... total spoiled brat, talked to mom like sh!t, had no respect, expected everything handed to her... etc.

Mom gives this girl a brand new mercedez sports car the day she got her license. She totalled it within a month. Mom gave her a brand new beamer.

Stupid mom.
 
My car shoudl be totaled by now.. but it isn't. Crashed headlong into a snowbank, hit 3 deer, rear ended someone. I can say I've had my share of bad luck.
 
I don't know about two weeks, but I knew a guy in HS who's mother kept buying him new cars after he wrecked them. One of the biggest idiots in my class.

I knew 2 kids in my HS that were just like that. One guy went through 3 brand new Corvettes in 1.5 years (stupidly supplied by Mommy and Daddy, of course).

The other guy had, in this order: Mustang, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mustang, Jeep GC, Mustang. Wrecked all of them. All were brand new, too. Some people have more money than brains.
