I saw an LS2 GTO get rear ended today (looked almost totaled) by a raised F-150 (17ish year old girl driver)

Woulda got pics but I was on the freeway and didn't whip out the blackberry in time.

Theres one less of them in the world now :( :(

I could tell it was lowered a bit, looked like it had flowmasters on the back, or what was left of them.

It was that orangish color that AdamK47s is too :(

sounds like my old car. it was brazen orange metallic, with flowmaster super 40's and had pedder's lowered suspension (1" front, .5" rear). it's been over a year since i traded it it, but i know the dealer sent it to auction so it couldve ended up anywhere in the country i suppose.

God damnit. I had a teenage twit on my ass on the way to work this morning. Riding my ass 2 feet off my bumper. I was in the right lane doing 10 over the limit for Christ sakes too. Acting like I should be over taking or something. I slowed down so the bitch would change lanes and just pass me on the left. Unfortunately the tards in the middle and left lanes were going slow so she was stuck.

Once she was out from behind me I stopped paying attention to her. About a mile or two later I put my signal on to pull into Dunkin Donuts since I was running early for work and when I step on the brakes to turn in I hear the asshole behind me honking. Guess who it was? Little miss priss. News flash you text messaging teenage slut bag, YOU DON'T OWN THE ROAD.

Needless to say I was very tempted to slam the brakes and see how good her insurance was. Not worth it though.

The good news hopefully is that the motor will end up in some crazy project car for us to drool over on the internet.

Got mildly rear ended at a stop light turn lane by one of those texting, makeup applying, breakfasting on the way to high school types myself. Turns out a tube bumper on a 91 nissan 4x4 (31" tires, 2.5" lift) >>>>>>>> honda civic hood and grill. Zero visible damage to my car (it was about a 7-8 mph hit), I guestimated about $2500 worth of bodywork for her.

Which was pretty much lifted from Ferrari. It is an acronym for Gran Turismo Omologato, Italian for homologated, for racing in the Grand tourer class.

This is a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, a car that won the World Manufacturer's Championship in 1962, 1963, and 1964.

As a fellow GTO owner, I am saddened to the core. I always get waves or nods of approval from my fellow comrades.

PhoKingGuy I see you live in HB? I live there myself, what part? Maybe you've seen me in my silver 04 GTO...?

I hate seeing crap like that... I was involved in an accident a few years ago in a buddy's company truck (Z-71 4x4) and we were broadsided at a full on 40mph, by a guy in a gorgeous white 300ZX TT.. The car was a write off.. I didn't even look @ the truck before I mourned the loss of the Z32.

LOL at all this fussing over an inanimate object that is owned by someone you people don't even know.
