I was supposed to work at noon, but I'd have to swim to get there...

but didn't have my camara ready...

I think my softball game for tonight will be cancelled....

Yeah...I took those pictures about 30 mintues before posting
I was just able to get to work now even though it required a little wading through that intersection

I work at our campus help desk and apparently our NOC is getting flooded and everything is down...luckily pen and paper still works for case notes

I'm up near the capitol. I don't remember it getting quite that bad, but I only got to look once or twice since it takes me 45 minutes to find a window from my spot here in the borg cubicle cube.

Yeah this is a picture of the corner of Dayton St and Brooks St.

Park St where it dips down under that bridge and comes back up by Regent Street was even worse....cars were stuck down there

We had flooding up here in Eau Claire earlier in the week from storms.

That madison.com pic is great. My coworker just showed it to me too.

I like how brown and muddy the water is. And yet it's probably still safer to drink than the well water or lake water here.

I know its funny the article mentions the drains busting at 1210 W Dayton
That is exactly where I work, DoIT
 
Is DoIT still in the CS building? If so it's for the best that you didn't go to work, because there was some flooding and other issues there.
