Haha. I did a search on Amazon, yeah, I've seen them in commericals before now that I looked it up. They look cool, I guess, although it seems there wouldn't be much pressure with them. I could be wrong though, never used one. I wonder if a rainfall shower head like this would just screw into what I have in my apartment (not home at the moment)?

Yes but if you have the normal curved pipe coming out of the wall you will want something like this to go along with it.

shower head extension

There is nothing more pointless than a high flow shower head with a water saving restrictor.

Edit: How do I make the link look like yours, have it say "extension arm" instead of just the long ass link?
Right. Huh, interesting. Forgot to look at my shower head last night when I was home. Not like I'm planning on replacing it (I don't mind the normal one and it's pretty high pressure so that's all I care about really) but good to know.

As for the link, use this format: [ url = theurlgoeshereDOTcom ]your text here[ / url ]

(Remove the extra spaces I put in there so it wouldn't get parsed)

Thanks! And just FYI you can remove the "low flow" bullshit from any showerhead or faucet really easily.
