Rainbow Six: Vegas - Need help

I'm stuck and I can't figure out what to do.

I go into this warhouse like room and kill some guys. in the back of the room there is a hackable PC on the ground floor and above it is a room with glass windows. I assume Irena is there. I have my men hack the pc and we get attacked. kill all those guys and then go up the stairs to the 2nd floor room where i assum irena is and it says that i failed.

no matter what i do, i fail. what am i doing wrong?

You didn't kill all the guys. They come in waves, make sure they are all dead before going upstairs.

Yeah you need to go look around while the guy is hacking, eventually the waves will stop and the guy will be done.
