So I have a rack case for my PC which I LOVE, And I'm also building my server.but the Rack I have it on doesn't use the square holes, since it is made for Pro Audio gear. They use the Threaded holes, and with the kit I try to macgyver to work, puts the PC about a half rackspace off. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is any case racks that will work for threaded rack rails?

would something like this fit?

Then you can just sit the PC ontop of the L rail.

Not really, but the way that mounts is cool. I need a "Slider", because if I service the workstation, I don't have to unmount it from the rack. But I love the adjustability of it. And it is threaded. So good stuff on that but not 100% what I can use.

Like the middle ones. But I got a 26" and it is too big and not made for threaded racks.

ok, too long I understand, but why is it not usable on threaded racks.
What length do you need ?
The bracket/tab/whatever has holes in it. Can't you just put that in front of the threaded holes in the rack and use a bolt/screw with a washer :confused_old:

It does and I have it that way, but it isn't perfect. Could be the rails I got too. I got the 26" on mistake, let it sit, and then when I did install it when I bought rear rack rails, I notice it was too long. Also it mounts a half rack space too low.
