Raidmax X-1 Front Panel Fan Connectors

I've got the Raidmax X-1 case, and the documentation is shoddy, at best. Coming out of the front panel display, there are two 3-pin connectors. One of them came with a 3-pin to Molex adapter in it (black wires). The other was just a 3-pin connector (grey wires).

Anyone with this case know which one I use for the front LED display? And what's the extra one for?

Molex for power to LED
3 pin connector (male) for the fan that shows up on LED and gets power

i'm having trouble getting the front USB to work, and i hate going to the back of the computer every time

Yeah, that's something else I had a question about in a General Forum post I made. I'm just not sure what the "N.C." wire is for, and if it needs to be plugged in. (Not all of the USB ports on my motherboard have a pin for the "N.C." wire.)
