the thermal take has 5 fans and the raidmax had 6, the diffrence is that in the thermaltake 3 are 90 mm and in the radmax all are 80mm

the next diffrence is that the thermaltake has 2 fan control and wieght more then the raidmax

i'd go with the thermaltake, but the raidmax is also nice. It's up to u i guess. The raidmax got decent reviews, but i'm not sure about the thermaltake, just take their link to reviews and read a few.

,
as i see it the thermaltake is quiter because it has less fans and these that it has are 90 mm, and also it is very heavy so it absorb some noise, but here is the problem........... it is VERY heavy!!! and also what is better? the 6X 80 mm fans of the raidmax or the 5 fans of the thermaltake that has 3 90 mm?
what is better regarding cooing and noise?

(i saw also one review that says that the raidmax is noisey! can it be?)

thank u

the raidmax can be noisey because it is lighter and it has more fans. However, the fans move air, but that's about all i can say about them. They do not move too much air, but they will help keep things cool.

I think that thermaltake products are of higher quality IMO. Sure it's heavy, but it's sturdy, not too loud, and will overall be a nice case.

both cases are hideous.

Get an antec.

Get a case with 120mm fans.

Well I love my "hideous" 668 raidmax, nice big sturdy case. The TT is a little more solid though but my raidmax is still very sturdy. The main thing is to get the case that you like, everyone has different tastes. As long as it does what you want and you like it, that is all that counts.

No not really, you can get a 3700amb for around 60-65 dollars that comes with a great 350W psu.

in my area the diffrence in the price between the antec 3700 and the TT VA700 is only 20$
so i think the TT is better cause it has more functions and fans, no?

plz correct me if i am wrong, but it seems that the TT has better cooling and i hope that because it is heavy and thick it will absorbe some of the noise.......
no?!

i'd go with the TT, but if u can get a better TT case (like the lanfire) for about the same price, then great. If not, then that will still serve ur needs.

And if it's heavier then it will kind of absorb some of the noise. It doesnt really absorb it persay, it just stops some of the vibrations...err...ya, i guess it does kinda absorb it.

i guess so. I'm going with the Tsunami, but i see that that is out of ur price range. However, they are about $110 if u look in the right area.

But the VA7000 looks pretty nice, and for the price it seems pretty good. as i said, TT makes quality products IMO.
