Raid5 settings vanishes :(

I had a problem with the performance of my Raid-5 setup (thread here), but figured that out.

My problem now is that when I reboot my Raid-5 setup is lost (A8N-SLI with Si3114 onboard chip with 4 SATA drives). If I configure a Raid-0 setup, everything is fine. Reboots and all is good. Raid-5 = no more raid.

Any clues?
