RAID1 with SSD/HDD setup

On my new build I use the 60GB SSD for my OS and major programs and files, and the HDD for storage. I'm considering a RAID1 setup but wonder if/how I would manage backups of the SSD... There is no way the HDD RAID setup would back the SSD up in normal operation, correct?

I have an external HD (Seagate GoFlex) that I have been using for backup on my old computer, it will come over to the new one once the new computer is fully operational, but I don't know if that would be enough... I'm concerned somewhat about my choice of SSD... Agility3.

Is there such a thing as 2 RAID1's on a single system... one for the SSD and one for the HDD? Or do I just need to make regular images of the SSD separately?
