Raid1 Question

I have a concern with my Raid1 setup.

Every few weeks I reboot my file server and go into the Raid Controller to verify the consistency of the HDs. 2 7200.10 320gb drives.

I've done this 3 times thus far; the first time was right after I installed my OS (server 2003) and it checked fine. The 2 times after its been coming up inconsistent but repaired.

Should I be worrying? I'm just using the onboard Raid controller on this Intel Motherboard
