I will be building a Render BOX.
(100% CPU load from 3hours to a few days)

Two questions;

1, Im looking at a mid-tower with front and rear 120mm case fans. And a Thermaltake typhoon HS with a 120mm 1900RPM/110CFM fan. Would I need a side pannel case fan??

2. Would I gain any read speed with RAID5 over RAID1?
(and if I went with RAID1, would I gain any more speed, going with 4 SATA's HD's vs. 2 SATA's)(besides redundancy)

Specs:

Intel Q9450
Intel G45 mobo
4-8GB's memory
2-4 WD RE2 SATA2's HD's
Antec True power 650w PSU
Cooler Master Elite 330 case/front&rear 1900/110CFM case fans

1. depends on videocard
2. no, go with RAID1, unless you are buying RAID5 adapter worth $600-900.

RAID1 is just mirroring so you only get space equal to one drive so that's pretty wasteful for 4 drives.
