Raid0 with a partition?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but a RAID 0 setup should appear as a single disk to the OS so you should be able to do what you want to it, including making partitions.

Yeah, I confirm what Heisenberg said. You should be able to set up RAID0 device just as you would a single harddrive. Maybe you can give more information on what OS you are using and what you are trying to accomplish?

yes it shows mine as one disk, i just wanna make sure everything will be alright if i make a partition with it, and reinstall windows will everything be cool?
umm i posted this right after you :)
but windows xp pro SP2 would be the os i would be reinstalling

As long as you load any necessary drivers for the RAID at the beginning of the Windows install, you should be fine. You just treat it like any other single drive.

eh....tbh, I wouldn't, Raid0 is pretty much worthless, except if you like to double your chance of loosing data/having downtime
