Raid0 question!

Hi,

I'm attempting to run Raid0 for the first time and have a few concerns.

Firstly I'll be doign this through IDE and in WinXP. I have 2 60GB maxtor's and want to use Raid-0 to stripe. I'm not really sure what my mobo's FSB is and really want to get the maximum output possible and I'm not sure which IDE slots I"m suppose to use.

For example, do I put one hdd on master on Primary IDE and master on Secondary IDE channel? Or can I do Master/Slave on the Primary IDE channel?

for the best performance I'd suggest U put each as a master, one on the primary and one on the secondary.... AND nothing else as slaves. get more ports if you have more IDE devices.

and the FSB has nothing to do with it.
