raid with sata2 and sata150

My Asrock Dual SATA 2 mobo only offers one sata2 drive and 2 sata 150

I bought the WD sata 2 80 gig drive and just formatted it this morning and installing windows on it. If I buy another sata 2 running on the sata150 at the slower speed can I still have raid with both the sata2 drive and sata2 in the sata150 configuration?

For performance gain and to just use the one sata2 drive only; Would partitioning a small portion for windows like 20 gigs be fine and then 60 for downloads/music work well? *Answer this if I can't do raid with two drives one being sata2 and the other sata150*

If you have two SATA 150 connectors, buy an identical harddrive and connect both of your SATA 300 drives to the SATA 150 connectors. I can pretty much guarantee you'll never exceed 150MB/s of bandwidth anyway.
