RAID with 2-8MB cache drives

Hi, IM thinking of putting 2 80Gb WD harddrive on raid 0. Would this be a good idea? or it wouldn't utilize the full potential of the 8MB cache drive? Thanks for any advice.

This is not a HIGHLY TECHNICAL question.
