Raid Stripe Size in 64-Bit OS

Im currently running 64-bit Windows. I noticed in the defrag report that the average file size is 204kb. My RAID controller has no driver support as of yet but in pondering the eventual setup using RAID I was wondering if the 64bit OS should use double the average stripe size of 64kb, the present recommended stripe size for formatting with my RAID controller. It seems the file sizes are much larger and chunks moved will be larger and thus perhaps the stripe size setting should be 128kb?

Thoughts?
