RAID Showing Up

I have a Intel 320 160gb I had in a three way Raid-0 in my desktop that I pulled to put in a new laptop. Did the secure erase and a clean install of win7(AHCI). I should mention that in the RAID array it was over-provisioned to 140gb usable. Anyway, when I installed win7 it only came up as a140gb usable so I ran it this way. (Nothing wrong with a little over-provisioning)
But now when I try and run the Intel toolbox, It it will not run the "TRIM" command and says that it is in a RAID array thus will not move forward.
Any suggestions as how to FIX this?
And, if I do have to re-install win7 again how do I get this drive back to the full 160gb.' first?
