Raid Setup with MSI PT880 Neo

I'm trying to setup a computer with raid. This is my first time using it and i have a question. I have 2 equal hard drives and 2 cd-roms i need to run. I have 2 ide/ata slots. How should i configure the devices so i can run the hd with the on mobo raid?
