Raid setup with MSI k7t266 pro 2?

I think I've finally decided to buy the MSI k7266 pro2 motherboard. My question is on raid setup. I have 120, 30, and 30GB hard drives. I would like to make a 60GB Raid drive from the first two, leaving me with a 90 and 30GB drive. I'm also going to install XP Pro. My question is can I make this Raid Drive c: and install XP on it, or do I have to install XP before I can setup raid?
