Raid Question

I'm getting the Iwill Ka266-R board. I have two hard drives I'm going to be using. 40 and 30 gig. I've never setup a raid configuration before and was wondering if it's possible to have more than one partition when you setup both drives in a stripe array? Or how about raid 1? Also it said that it comes with software to setup the raid configuration and I was wanting to know if this is easy to do, as in just follow the steps type of thing?

yes...yes...yes, more or less...

in raid0, think of it as having half of every file on each drive...
in raid1, think of it as having the same files on each drive...

the setup is easy to use IMHO
