RAID question - just general theory

I right now am running 1 80 gig sata seagate drive that has my OS on it
a second IDE drive for storage of music/files
and a third sata2 80g hitachi that has the active install of my games on it.

I went out and purchased and exact match of HD #3, the 80g hitachi S2 for raid 0.

So my question is, which would run games better: The OS on the single sata and the games on the raid0, or the OS on the raid 0 and the games on the single sata. Or both on the raid0?

thanks

If you're not worried about losing data then put both on RAID 0. Otherwise, leave the data on a single disk and keep the OS and games on the Raid 0.
