Raid Problem

Hi i have a problem.I have msi 865pe-neo2 mainboard (it has 2 onboard raid controllers,intel and promise)im using these controllers in raid 1 (4 disks 2 raids)and i`ve bought a third pci promise raid controller and made another raid 1.When i start the server with all 6 drives pluged in i get a black screen prior to the windows 2000 logo and it stops there.If u unplug the last 2 disks that are on the third addiotional controller and then boot the server it works fine,also i can start the server and prior to the boot logo conect the sata cables in the last 2 disks and that works fine as well but that`s not a solution.the third raid controller is Promise FastTrak TX 2300.Any idea anyone?????
