RAID IMPLICATIONS in regards to NCQ....

NCQ was found to boost dual core systems.... But if I setup RAID 0 w/ NCQ drives would the system still recieve the boost from NCQ?
 
Although I don't doubt the a dual processesor system will reduce the impact of NCQ the problem is that you aren't going to be loading the system up enough to make it pay. NCQ is something you really only want implimented in a multi-user environment like a server that is running multiple disk accesses from a large number of users. Unless your workflow has you playing halflife, photoshoping and mixing video and audio at the same time you frankly aren't going to put enough load on the disks to make it even worthwhile. I know you are looking for every little bit of preformance but you should drop over at storagereview and read some of the stuff over there.
