raid hard drive initialization issue

so i reinstall win7, but i use to have 2x WD raptor in RAID0 use intel software combine of 280GB. but now it shows 280GB after the new install under disk management, unallocated, and i can't initialize, when i do it give error "the system can not find file specified" any ideas? i dont want raid anymore, just 2x140gb drive
