Raid enclosure not showing drives

I recently purchased an Orico 5-Bay USB3.0 External 3.5'' SATA HDD RAID Enclosure with two 2TB green WD drives. Following the instructions it appeared to work in Raid 0 but when I tried to change to Raid 1 I can no longer see the drive. The management software can see the drives but is not showing in windows 7. Can anyone advise how to recognise the drive?
 
Thanks Dave, I re initialized and then reformatted which has worked. I then found that i needed to reformat in exFAT on PC then erase on MAC to be able to access the drive on both machines. A bit of a learning curve for a hacker.
