raid discs

I would like to set up a raid 5 array, i have 5 discs but, 3 are 18gb and 2 are 9 gigabytes, can I use them all together in the same array? It allowed me to do so in the configuration software, but the windows 2000 installation freezes up, just trying to eliminate problems.

I'd go with raid 5 on three 18 giggers and another array (possibly, raid 1 or raid 0, depending on what you are going to do with them) with two 9ners.
Also, for win to work smoothly, make sure that in each array the drives are identical in all respects (same model would be ideal).
