Hi guys, I think one of my hard drives that I have on my RAID array has some bad sectors. Do you know any RAID diagnostic software? Western Digital's own diagnostic software doesnt detect my RAIDed drives.

chkdsk /r? That'll run a full surface scan anyway.
If you've got $90 just laying around looking for a use, Spinrite 6 can work on just about any file format.

Well, most RAID software packages should include their own diagnostic utility, that will: 1) scan for bad sectors on the drive, and 2) if found, repair the data using the data from the other drives in the array.

If not, then you can always connect each drive that was part of the RAID up to a standard IDE controller, and run the WD surface-testing diags on each drive individually, although if you allow it to remap ("fix") bad sectors, you may lose some data.
