Raid Controller Ram

Has anyone seen any benchmarks on the improved performance of 64mb ultra 320
raid controllers over 32mb ultra 320 raid controllers?

I have a client that's a little worried that the 32mb u320 onboard raid
controller of the intel 7501 may not be up to snuff compared to dedicated
64mb controllers.

He's only going with three 15k 36gb scsi drives, so i don't see it mattering
too much; but googling, either i'm not searching the right question, or
there's very little regarding the performance gain.
Maybe it's just me, but moving at u320, i don't see it bottlenecking that
much to matter.

Thanks!
