Raid Controller & onboard IDE channel together?

Hi I'm using an abit kt7a with UDMA 100.
I want to buy a RAID CONTOlller DAWi Control 100
is it in general possible to use the 2 channels of the raid AND the 2 channels of the raid?
so that i can install 8 devices at all?

second: of course I meant, using the 2 raid ide channels AND the 2 onboard UDMA IDE channels ;-)
