RAID Controller Card(Esata)

I am looking for a good controller card to add various devices via esata. I was looking at this card from norco.

I was however not able to find any reviews. Was wondering if anyone has experience with them or with a comparable company. I looked at highpoint rocketraid. I will not buy their products tried 3 different cards brand new on one occasion and none were detected in the systems I plugged them into. Thank you for your help.
