Hi all.
Can someone tell me how to configurate a RAID 0 + RAID 0 on an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe Mobo?
I have 4 WD Raptor 74Gb and I wish to connect them into two striping unit (C and D) each with two disks in RAID 0 configuration.
Many thanks for your suggestions

Your going to need to load the drivers prior to installing Window via floppy. I hate to say it but for desktop use you are better leaving them individual rather than RAID 0. The performance is little to none at best and you run a big risk of failure.

" If you haven't gotten the hint by now, we'll spell it out for you: there is no place, and no need for a RAID-0 array on a desktop computer. The real world performance increases are negligible at best and the reduction in reliability, thanks to a halving of the mean time between failure, makes RAID-0 far from worth it on the desktop.

OK guys, I understand it's better NOT to configure in RAID 0 at all. What is the purpose of RAID 0 then? Many thanks for your answers.

i'm not sure, (no expirence with A8N-SLI). try enabling raid in the bios or/and through raid bios setup (i think you need to press F10, can change from mobo to mobo), nvraid utility.
