RAID Array no longer detected by Windows

I have a Promise FastrakS150 TX2 Plus Serial ATA / RAID controller card. I've had it working in XP in the past, but after installing XP SP1a the array is no longer visible in Disk Management, but IS visible to Partition Magic, and Promise's array management software. I've run out of ideas, updated the drivers and BIOS, rebuilt the array, uninstalled the card, and even talked to Promise's tech support. According to them, it should be working. Comparing settings to a nearby computer that has the same controller card yields no differences.

Any idea as to what could cause this?

Do you have the Promise Array Management software installed? Just curious to see what it reports. (Latest version is 4.0.0.18, dl'able from the Promise web site.)

The Disk Management utility doesn't show the array, so I can't add any drives. It did before SP1a. I have the PAM software installed, and it sees the array. Again, Partition Magic also sees the array. This is actually a co-worker's computer, but it's right next to me. I'm not sure if the ability to see the array in Disk Management disappeared immediately after the install of SP1a, or just later that day.

This computer also has two Adaptec SCSI controller cards in it as well.
