Raid array detected, reboot and try again

So I finally found the perfect excuse to upgrade to a samsung 840 pro 256gb by swapping my wife's HP dm1z HDD with my intel 510 120gb SSD. The whole process went smooth (I cloned her drive using acronis 2013) but if I try to run the Intel SSD tool I get the message: RAID array detected, if RAID array is not present, reboot and try again.

I went to the laptop's BIOS and there aren't any SATA port settings in there. My concern is that the Intel Toolbox is needed for TRIM to work and so very advisable to have. Right now the laptop runs fine (but slower than I expected :() but I'm worried that it will slow down over time as she uses it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

What OS? If it's Win7/8, the OS will handle TRIM, and you won't need the Intel toolbox for that.

Thanks Larry, I guess it's been so much conflicting information on the forums on this that I'm still confused.
