Raid and changing mobo's

I have an older Epox board running a hacked Promise Raid (two 20 gig drives into one 40 gig drive) dealeo on my two IBM 7200 Deskstar's. How do I remove this and put it into my new MSI Pro 2 WITHOUT loosing data or data intergrity? Is this possible?

Sorry if this is a "basic" question but I am relatively new to Raid set-ups and have no idea how or if this can be done.
