RAID 5 MB to support 4 x 160gb PATA drives?

I'm looking for advice on any available motherboards that support RAID 5 and 4 x Parallel ATA drives, specifically 4 x Maxtor 160GB 8mb drives. I would like to set these up in a RAID 5 solution for a total of 480GB of storage.

I know there are several options:

Software - Win XP: awful performance, but free. Limited to the 4 drives my existing mb currently supports
Hardware - Rebyte, or PCI RAID controller: $85 - $150+. Allows me to add the 4 drives on their own dedicated channels
Motherboard - ???: perhaps a cheaper route than the dedicated Hardware option

I've seen some of the new SLI nforce boards with RAID 5 support for SATA drives, but that won't work for me. Ideally, I'd like a MB that supports RAID 5 x 4 drives and an additional 1 or 2 PATA channels for an OS drive (so, 6 to 8 drives total support, w/ one 40-80gb for OS and then the 4 x 160gb drives on the RAID channels), Athlon XP and PC2100 memory -- from my existing setup.

Any nforce or other audio/video/network integrated AMD solutions out there other than the SATA/SLI setups showing up now? Any other possibilities I haven't covered? Thanks.

Cool, so with this and an Nforce2 Ultra 400gb board, looks like I could do RAID 5 w/ my existing drives, for a bit less than a dedicated controller. Appreciate the heads-up.
